Take a look at the list, read one of the stories (they are all linked on the website), and post your response to it. Why do you think the story you chose was largely ignored by the mainstream media?
The story I chose to read was Truth Emergency US, and after reading it, it is obvious to see why an article like that was ignored by the mainstream media. The article basically bashes how the media portrays the news and how they only show news topics that are shocking to the public, but have no real impact on what is going on in the US. The article made a good point of this and stated that there are better journalists getting together to bring the real news to peoples homes. I think that this will be a better way of opening the publics eyes to what is actually happening to our economy, and they will be able to see the sheet that is being pulled over them by the government and mainstream media.

I did this article too. Why is it that media gets to talk about the I did this article too. Why is it that media gets to talk about the important facts that American need to know, but they would not talk about the health care system? Just today (Friday 21st) the news was taking about TB scare at a local school, and everyone must be tested. Even when it cost about $10, we need that $10 for food, gas, rent, and etcs. When we can get TB tested for free with our health insurance. Its not fair on how American need to pay for health insurance, while other countries get it for free.
I agree the news only talks what it wants to discuss and when something important does come on they spend maybe 2 minutes talking about it and its gone.
That's so true about the news. It seems like every night there are stories just to get the audience's attention. Honestly does it really matter which celebrities are getting married or seen on thousands of dollars shopping sprees, when there are so many more meaningful and important issues effecting our world.
